How to download from uploading.com as in Mediafire

when try to download from uploading.com
They get error message saying that country download limit reached....
There a good way to download without premium account and without loosing my download speed..
it is very simple ... just change your browser proxy settings to following...
IP:200.65.129.2
port:80
yeh it will work fyn...and one more things it will work gr8 with rapidshare also so you can download 2 file same
time from rapidshare without waiting....
